Support Services

Modcomp has been supporting some of its clients' business-critical systems continuously for over 20 years. While considering the partner to work with, a prospective client may focus on the development and design skills - support experience and process should not be ignored. Typically systems are supported for far longer than they took to develop.

Modcomp offers a range of support services. Some of the features of our support service include; 24 x 7 support, agreed escalation process, web access to enable you to log and track issues and a dedicated support team in our offices.

We also provide our Support Bank service. This service is designed for customers who want an on-going stream of small developments. At the outset an agreed number of hours is placed in the Bank, you can then draw on these when you want any enhancements to your application.
