Modcomp sees a future for change management
At the IT Futures conference held this week at the Russell Hotel in London, over 50 IT Directors and CIOs participated enthusiastically in a workshop led by Lise Land, Modcomp’s business and change management consultant.
The directors, from some of the UK’s leading private and public organisations, were asked to consider Change Management in and beyond IT. Having set out key reasons why projects fail, Lise, more positively, outlined the top ten ingredients for project success. Then it was over to the IT directors as they considered lessons learnt from recent change management projects.
The outcome: a collective Lessons Learnt document - a unique combination of ideas from a set of senior managers with over 700 years of project management experience between them.
