Modcomp has built database solutions which have thousands of users, and contain many hundreds of thousands of records. We design and implement the solutions and build the front end to the database in web technologies, or Windows clients. Starting with a set of requirements we produce a full specification of the solution. This includes a detailed design of the database schema. Where appropriate we will build a Proof of Concept which will test performance. We will work with you to define a clear set of user acceptance criteria against which the final solution will be tested.
Modcomp builds database solutions using Microsoft SQL Server 2008. SQL Server 2008 is the latest version of Microsoft’s SQL Server relational database system. SQL Server 2008 brings significant enhancements that help us build more effective integration and reporting solutions for less. Moreover, the security aspects of SQL Server too have been enhanced so increasing control and management aspects.
